This lil piece of me is here because I just want to try to keep track of thoughts and bits going through my mind at this point in time, I have struggled with my weight for a number of years, even before having my first child and its gotten worse after each one (yes thats right kiddies I am blaming you, even tho I love you 4 to pieces)
lets see…..I havent long turned 29 and decided I do not want to be fat and 30 lol, been married for 11 years with 4 adorable children of satan (j/k) the ages range from the eldest boy at 11 to the smallest at 10 months awwww I hear you say….let me just mention that you don’t know them lmao they are a joy when sleeping but when they are awake they fight like cats and dogs and the daughter is the worst believe me!
I am also proud to be WELSH!! I come from the South Wales Valleys area so I guess you could say I am a Valleys Girl at heart.
I have tried everything and I mean the LOT, from A-Z starting at Atkins and working my way through some awful diets hence the blog title…..I especially hated the Cereal diet, eat a bowl of cereal 2 times a day and a perfectly calorie controls evening meal yuck after 4 days or eating nothing but cardboard in daylight hours and a bland meal in the evening while watching the family dig into chips and take aways it kinda puts you off lol but this time I am going back to the only one I know that works and thats a Fat Club.
So I guess this is gonna follow my head around things that are happening at club and during the week between meetings…Oh and I did drag my friend along so she has to go through it aswell…least I’m not having to go through it alone have to make someone else hostile and miserable too LMAO! Well will be posting all my ups, downs and sometimes sideways style of doing things so here goes
